7 weeks until Bethany Lyn Leslie is due. I expect her to come early, though. The wife and I bought a house for the first time ever and are in the process of moving in (slowly). 11/15 brings my 31st birthday which is badass and the wife got me this for it:

My band, The Last Van Zant is playing our final two shows of the year at Ground Zero (11/09 w/the Dwarves & 12/16 w/Noxious & Throttlerod). Supermegaheavyloud show is coming to the Milestone on 01/29: High On Fire with Big Business, The Bronx and Buried Inside. That's fucking ridiculous.
Records you need to wrap your little metal head around: Baroness "Two", Rumplestiltskin Grinder "Buried In The Front Yard", Municipal Waste "Hazardous Mutation", Exodus "Shovel Headed Kill Machine", Withered "Momento Mori", and the new Confessor.
